    Daniel,

Have you given up writing for Roughly Drafted, or are you just taking a (probably well deserved) break? We miss you!

  • enzos

Possibly busy writing the next book.

  • Ludor

    Or have you met someone?

  • ericgen

Well, he did have that beautiful woman in one of his videos! :)

But, pure speculation on my part, he seemed to have a bit of a falling out awhile back with Kasper Jade over at AppleInsider. Now he’s back with a vengeance over there. I’m guessing part of his deal with AppleInsider is that he be more prolific over there and a bit scarcer over here.

Also, the pieces he writes over here, while wonderfully analytic, tend to express much more attitude than Dan’s AppleInsider pieces. It may also be the case that nothing has riled him up as much lately.

Still, I’d love to hear his take on Papermaster, Hurd, and/or the pathetic Microsoft ‘PC vs. Mac’ campaign, or anything else he wants to pontificate about.

I wish they had an rss feed so I only could get Dan’s articles. Time to go mess with yahoo pipes again.

  • Mike

I don’t know what all might or might not be going on, but I enjoy your writing much better than the radio talk shows.

  • jpmrb

Dan, when you leave for so long, leave a damn note on your door to inform us of what’s going on. That would be nice for anybody taking the time to visit. Hope you’re having fun and will come back soon anyway. Thank you :-)

At 2:33:30 on the podcast, I first heard “Microsoft is so run by Canadians” and I thought….WHAT??? I listened to it again and again and finally realised Dan was saying “Microsoft if so run by COMEDIANS”! LOL :)

Anyhow, love reading your insights. Carry on with more articles, but only after the hand has healed well enough!
