Steve Jobs is… the Snow Leopard
August 29th, 2009
Daniel Eran Dilger
Is Steve Jobs the Snow Leopard at night? A reader supplied this artwork (click to enlarge), which makes me think of Bruce Wayne as the dark knight Batman. … Windows 7 costs how much!? Switch on the Snow Leopard signal!
Reader assignment: create other figures of the tech industry as super hero/villains. Steve Ballmer as the Penguin and Bill Gates as Joker spring to mind. Or perhaps Ballmer should be… Longhorn?
[update] Reader Carl Maniscalco envisions the Snow Leopard’s arch nemesis: Mr. Longhorn.

Gordon: “Penguin, Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman too! The sum of the angles of that rectangle is too monstrous to contemplate.”
Steve Jobs ought to play the villain in the next Bond movie.
He kind of has that thing that makes you like the antagonist more than the protagonist.
“…Jobs ought to play the villain…”
Clearly you haven’t seen “The Watchmen”.
This is a radical departure from the usual.
Perhaps Daniel was indulging in a late night scotch?
Ballmer is definitely the penguin
Hi Daniel. Not directly relevant, but timely… Have you seen this site yet? http://3dSafariSites.com
I think it’s pretty obvious that Linus Torvalds should be the Penguin.
