Apple to sweeten Snow Leopard with more Cocoa

According to developer build notes leaked on the web, Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard’s new Finder and “almost all” other graphical apps will be delivered using Cocoa. Here’s why, and what benefit this additional use of Cocoa will provide to users.

If you had an Apple, and tried to put Cocoa into, wouldn’t it bitter instead of sweet…?
Perhaps Apple should change it’s name from Cocoa to Caramel. Then you could roll the apples in Caramel and have sweet Toffee Apples.
Since there is “no new features” in 10.6, should I expect it to be a free upgrade like 10.1 (Puma)?
