Someone else commented on this at Apple Insider, but anyway. Working in the mobile industry I know this is totally wrong. Monitoring dropped calls is one of the most basic measurements of network performance. Every operator will know exactly the statistics for this. But whether they want to share that information or not is a totally different matter.</description>
