Just wanted to support the comment on SyncMate. I saw a tech enthusiast review it on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmJ2d5l_D5w). Now I use it, really nice software.

One more utility for synchronizing Mac and PC is SyncMate. (Btw, free version is available:))
SyncMate allows syncing contacts, iCal, different folders with files, Stickies, ToDo's, bookmarks or notes (entourage and Mail notes) directly between your Mac and PC. No need to store data online and sync it after to your Mac or PC - just connect two computers and start the synchronization!
Btw, SyncMate also syncs your Mac with Nokia, Google account, PSP, USB flash drive, other Macs and online storage!
Details about SyncMate can be found here http://www.sync-mac.com/syncmate-features.html
