		<description>I find it strangly disturbing that the author of the article , who clearly has a grip on the scene , completly forgot to mention the PSP.The PSP was the lowdef revolution , before Apple ever thought it could be interesting.
It was and still is that revolution and apple dont even come close.

[I believe I did mention the Sony PlayStation Portable. However, while being first to market it has not been a barnstorming success. In terms of video playback, the iPods have outsold it dramatically. The iPods certainly aren't real game consoles tho. - Dan]</description>

Striking points, most notably the push on the business end for high def and the satiety for most folks of just having it to walk around with, to silence the kids with (in cars, flights, etc), and to otherwise have it every place they couldn't have it before, with a quality that honestly has yet to be questioned... Great read.</description>
